Masters of Illusion Live – Coming March 14 and 15, 2015
Believe the Impossible! Nothing beats the experience of seeing a magic show in person. Seen by 100 million people in 126 countries worldwide, “Masters of Illusions Live” will be presented by Benítez Karasz for the first time in the Dominican Republic. Six world-class magicians will thrill audiences on March 14 & 15 at the Olympic Center’s Sports Palace (Palacio de los Deportes). The touring magic show based award winning TV series will come to Santo Domingo for four shows of one of the most thrilling live performances on tour today!
La Ley ReTour 2014
Benitez Karasz produced and promoted the long awaited concert of La Ley ReTour in the Dominican Republic.
After a 10 year absence, the iconic band’s reunion included the triple threat of lead singer Beto Cuevas, guitar ace Pedro Frugone and master drummer Mauricio Claveria. The wait was finally over for thousands of screaming and adoring fans as the band left it all on stage in the capital city’s Olympic Center – “Pabellon de Volleyball.”
KKmart Spectakular - Miami and regional campaign launch
We re-engaged Kmart's South Florida shoppers. The campaign launched with an associate's pep rally and introduction to the Summer-long celebrity-driven campaign. This initiative brought Hispanic celebrities to stores throughout the region, and it was further supported by local media and other collateral advertising.
Kmart Miami Summer Events
Eight weeks of in-store events included chart topping artists at meet & greets, vendor promotions and hourly prize drawings. From the moment you stepped in the store, you knew something exciting was going on.
Texas and New Mexico regional campaign launch
Texas border towns (McAllen, Laredo and El Paso) and Albuquerque, New Mexico, were each part of Kmart's re-invigoration of the brand. Associate events in all locations introduced the campaign and created a heightened moral among the employees which carried through the entire campaign. Pablo Montero, Grupo Liberación and ‘Los Solecitos’ were winners with our customers.
Fisher Price
Creating a win-win situation for the launch of Fisher Price's Planet Hero took creativity and vision.
Benitez Karasz was able to secure and negotiate super star “The Rock” Dwayne Johnson to capture national and international media attention and enrich The Rock Foundation's toy chests at children's hospitals throughout the nation.
Superbowl - Tampa
Benitez Karasz was given the mission of bringing un-precedented traffic to Kmart stores during Super Bowl weekend. Our solution was to create an exciting in-store and parking lot event with fans and family centered around Hall of Famer Leroy Selmon and James Wilder. The hugely successful event featured sponsor activations, Hall-of Famer meet & greets, mascots, cheerleaders, marching band, hourly contest and a children's corner.
Tampa Rays (MLB)
Major League Baseball’s challenge was to increase Hispanic baseball fan attendance at their ball parks. We worked with the Tampa Rays to plan and execute a Hispanic Day. We enlisted Univision Tampa as our promotional partner and brought hugely popular novella star Niurka Marcos from Mexico for a close and personal meet and greet session with the fans. Marcos was also given the team’s jersey during a photo op with the team and was given the honor to throw the first ball.

MegaFest - City of Miami's 4th of July Celebration
Benitez Karasz won a three year bid to produce the official City of Miami 4th of July Celebration at Bayfront Park in the heart of downtown Miami. We were able to secure Comcast and Clear Channel as media partners and produce the largest independence day celebration in the South East with over 100,000 people in attendance. Attraction included a free concert headlining with Calle 13 and ended with a spectacular display of fireworks.
