Meijer launched into the Chicago market and had the challenge to reach out to and connect with the local Hispanic community.
We offered several capabilities, first by providing cultural insight from in-store signage to product selection.  Later, we worked with Meijer’s general market agency by adapting and producing weekly spots, with short turn-around times, keeping pace with its advertising cadence.

Branded Editorial – “Advertorial”
Kohl’s was seen as a little too cold and distant for the Hispanic female consumer.  Benitez Karasz created an “advertorial” insert to capture the attention of their most important target.  These pages complimented their weekly circular, by tying-in celebrity participation and highlighting Kohl’s fashion, accessories and gifts on a more intimate level.

Campaign Launch / Associate Events / Field Marketing
Kmart’s challenge was to reintroduce itself in various markets throughout the U.S.  Benitez Karasz create Kmart’s “Renaissance” Program.  Geographic regions such as; South Florida, Texas Border Towns and Nashville were given an associate event to motivate employees while unveiling the company’s new seasonal campaign.  It further extended to in-store events and celebrity tie-ins.
